Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Contact us at info@norozi.pk with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item back to us.
Returns must be sent to the provided address at your own cost unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the issue was caused by Norozi.pk (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Refundable Items
