How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) are dispatched within 1 working day.
For some orders, due to stock unavailability, dispatch may take up to 2–3 working days.
Delivery is completed within 3–5 working days after order placement.
How will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be delivered through CallCourier, Swyft, or Leopards Courier Services. Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Can I have my shoes delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can. Please select the option for a different delivery address during checkout.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payment through MasterCard or Visa Card
What if I have missed the delivery attempted by the courier?
The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel. If delivery fails, a text message will be sent to the provided contact number.
If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to us within 24 hours. To reschedule delivery, please call us at +92 303 3455556.
Notify us within 1 working day if you have not received your order. Beyond this period, we cannot take responsibility for undelivered parcels.
What are the delivery charges?
A delivery charge of PKR 200 applies to all orders below PKR 3000.
Can I get a Saturday delivery?
Yes, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. We will send the tracking details to your email. Alternatively, you can call us at +92 303 3455556 to obtain your tracking ID and track your parcel online.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can modify your order before completing the checkout process.
If the order is already placed, call us at +92 303 3455556, and we will assist with changes.
Changes cannot be made if the order has already been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by calling us at +92 303 3455556 before 1:00 PM. Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.
